Dry Roasted Almonds have MSG!?



Emerald Dry Roasted Almond Ingredients: Dry Roasted Almonds, Seasoning (Maltodextrin, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Salt, Modified Potato Starch, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika, Onion Powder, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavor, Modified Corn Starch, Corn Syrup Solids).


MSG (an excitotoxin) causes damage to the neurons in your brain and has links to Parkinson?s disease, Alzheimer?s, Huntington?s disease and many others. "HEALTHIFIED" ALMONDS
2 cups almonds
1 TBS Macadamia nut oil (or melted coconut oil)
About 1 tsp Celtic sea salt

VARIATIONS
SWEET CINNAMON:
1 TBS Cinnamon AND 1 TBS Swerve

PARIS CRUNCH:
1 TBS Rosemary Sprigs

In a 9- by 13-inch pan, mix almonds with oil. Bake in a 250° regular or convection oven until nuts are golden, 35 minutes, stirring once about halfway through. Add salt to taste. Let cool completely.
