Communing with others and sharing your experiences can help alleviate the feelings of isolation you hold. Joining a support group can help you obtain the skills you need to take care of yourself and to feel more confident in the care you provide.
Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Md., is offering a caregiver support group for adults caring for other adult family or friends. The next meeting is at the Hospital?s Education Center on March 4 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Join others to find ways to cope with the difficulties of being a caregiver of an adult.
